Qualifications:- Minimum of 2-5 years Office/Customer Service Experience
- Must enjoy working with people and dogs
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Computer word-based program knowledge
- Courteous telephone etiquette along with a positive, upbeat personality
- Ability to schedule tasks, times and places for technicians efficiently
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to indentify customer issues and exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which can includes some evenings and weekends
- Must love dogs!
